A word from the owner

Marius and Sanda dreamed of a chalet in the heart of the forest, far from the noise of the world, where nature sets the pace. That dream became Deer Creek, named after the stream that runs alongside the property, where deer come to drink each morning.

Designed with exceptional architects, artisans, and designers, every detail reflects a commitment to beauty and craftsmanship, as well as the trust placed in Résidences Boutique.

Deer Creek is their home. Today, they invite you in.

Tony Constantineau, Founder of Résidences Boutique.

Our architect

Deer Creek was born from the land itself. Built into the forested hillside, the structure unfolds in levels as a natural response to the topography, anchored in the rock by its fieldstone foundations and opened to the treetops through its expansive glass windows.

Inside, oak wood, stone, and rattan create a warm, organic palette, far from ornament, close to the essential. Every volume invites you to slow down.

A collaboration that perfectly embodies the Résidences Boutique philosophy: a chalet that does not impose itself on its site, but becomes its natural culmination.

Deer Creek calls for cocooning. Faced with warm architecture and an ever-present forest, the design direction was simple: to amplify this feeling of being enveloped, rather than work against it.

Cream tones, natural oak, stone, and woven rattan create an organic palette where each material speaks to the next. The sculptural pendant lights above the oval table mark the heart of the chalet, a point of gravity around which everything is arranged.

Here, luxury is not displayed. It is felt in the softness of the textures, the precision of the proportions, and that rare feeling of being exactly where you are meant to be.
